Chachan Academy provides personalized 1-on-1 tutoring for students from 5th grade through college in Math, Science, English, and Writing.
How long is each session?

Every tutoring session, regardless of the package type is one hour.

Do I have to schedule all of my sessions when I purchase a package?
No. You can schedule your sessions throughout your package's active period based on available appointment times. Please review our Terms & Conditions for specific scheduling requirements and restrictions.
Do parents need to attend online sessions?

Not necessarily. However, parents or legal guardians are responsible for approving purchases and reviewing the applicable package policies for students under 18. Parents/Guardians are welcome to sit in on the online sessions.
What happens if I don't use all my sessions?

Unused sessions expire when your package reaches its expiration date. Please see Section 5 of the Terms & Conditions for your package's specific expiration period.
